Kaelin Lyric for a girl. My hubby likes Chrissy Jo, but I think it sounds to hillbillyish. I can't settle on a name. What do you think or some suggestions.

Oh yeah, Chrissy Jo sound hillbilish, but just because the Jo was added. Chrissy alone is fine, Jo alone is fine.

Kaelin Lyric is better, although I am not a super fan of the Lyric.

Why don't you guys comprimise and make it Kaelin Jo. Kaelin is so sophisticated that even with the Jo, doesn't sound she is a hillbilly

Kaelin Lyric is pretty good for a name. Trust me, I couldn't come up with that good of a name. I also think Chrissy Jo is horrible and hillbillyish.

I personally like Kaelin Lyric for a girl... but I am kind of biased. My 2 year old daughter's name is Kaelyn Rose. Either way, I think it is a beautiful name and it isn't too common yet. I don't know a whole lot of Kaelyn's, but I know a whole lot of Chrissy's. Go with Kaelin. It's a good name.

Kaelin Lyric is unusual and pretty. And Chrissy Jo... well. You guys probably aren't going to come to an agreement easily! See how he feels about calling her "Kaelie" as a nickname...? It sounds a little like Chrissy. I just have to say no to "Jo" though.

Shouldn't it be your decission to name your child? Not a bunch of strangers, what will you say when your daughter asks how she got her name? "I let the people on yahoo tell me?" But for the record Chrissy Jo does sound hillbillyish.
