If you find that your parents are embarrassing simply try to gently tell them what you would prefer they do. Ex: "Oh, why don't you wear that other sweater, it makes you look great" Usually if what you say is within reason, they won't mind making you happy. Just be nice, it's not worth hurting them. After all they are your parents.
P.S.- Don't worry! They are only embarrassing until your in your mid twenties, after that it doesn't seem to matter anymore! Hang in there until then!

You can tell them that they are embarrassing you, it may well hurt them, but don't expect them to change. Try to be open to outcome in the discussion.
this may be really hard for you to work with, but if you learn it now, your life will be so much easier. And if you don't learn it now, you will have to learn it sometime in life.
What your parents do is THEIR stuff. There is no reason for you to be embarrassed by what other people do. Honest. I know you feel it reflects on you, but you really can't control
1) what other people do and
2) what other people think about you.
Take responsibility for your actions and your decisions but not for the actions and decisions of others.
It will save you a lot of anguish if you learn that NOBODY can embarrass you but YOURSELF.
Really.

It depends on how they're embarrassing you. If they're just acting "old" or "weird" in public, then that's pretty much normal for parents - some of us even do it on purpose :)
If they're embarrassing you when your friends come over or walking around nude or something like that, just sit down with them both and tell them how that makes you feel and ask them, nicely, if they could please change their behavior. For example, if they're embarrassing you by showing your baby pics to friends when they come over, explain that you're getting teased because of it and could they please stop. If they still do it after that, you might have to decide if having friends over is worth the embarrassment you suffer. Good luck.

With what they put up with from kids and for the cost incurred for raising a kid, being the source of a bit of embarrassment is a small price to pay.
