Something bought in the market. I was thinking gatorade but it has alot of sugar.

Water is the healthiest by far but juice that 100% natural is good, and so is milk

A natural fruit juice - without additives - should be healthy. Something like orange juice, or apple juice, or cranberry juice (if you can get that down). Tea is also good for you, as long as you don't fill it too full of sugar and/or dairy products.

Water with a twist of lemon or lime is good. Juices (natural and organic) are good, they have natural sugars so I cut them with water.
