Homemade tofu burgers are the best.
Grill slices of tofu which have been sprinkled with you favourite spices. Put on a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, beetroot slices and barbecue sauce.

Ever been to a Fuddruckers? They have excellent burgers.
Otherwise homemade....try wrapping the meat around some minced garlic, onion, shredded cheese (your choice), and some jalapeno peppers (not the seeds or inside skin) and fire up the grill! Yummy!

Licks burgers in Canada are probably the best restaurant burger I have ever tasted. They have this stuff called Guck ( garlic mayonaisse) that is out of this world.

definately homeade if you put hotsause and peppers in it with motzerrella cheese it is perfect make sure you have a glass of sweet tea to cool down the spicyness
