Appendicitis isn't caused by the salad alone, it was caused by other factors, don't worry about what food you eat, it is rare you will contract any disease.

Her apendex episoid has little to to with what she eats. Unless the meat you eat is very raw then all sort of things can happen, mostly food posioning.
She got appendicitis becasue she got it, probably no other reason.
If you want to be healthy be sure and eat plenty of vegtables, and friuts and lots of water in your diet. No need to eliminate steak or potatoes or pancakes.

I think you were mis-informed about your sisters condition------its highly doubtful your sister's appendicitis was caused by salads. You may run into various disease's in a life time, but most likely not caused by a mashed potatoe, steak and pancake combo.

That is the most stupid question I have ever heard!First of all why are you eating pancakes with steak and potatoes?Gross! Also, there is no way that your sister got appendicitis from salad..You've got issues.

The salads your sister ate may have flared up her appendicitis, but did not CAUSE it. Cut down on the red meat and carbs....in moderation. Drink lots of water and limit your carbonated beverages.

You can become too fat from eating too much starch and fat meat.
You can get mad cow disease from beef no matter at what heat you cook it.
You can die from eating pancake batter that has been on the shelf awhile!
Be sure your pancake batter is not past the expiration date!

the diet you describe could contribute to hypercholesterolnemia (high blood cholesterol). This could, in turn, lead to heart disease.
