How much does the vitamin K affect a PT/INR of the blood

Not that much. The best sources for vitamin K are found in dark green leafy vegetables. Spinach tops the list.

The darker the color green is, the more vitamin K is in it. Pickles have lost most of the vitamin because it was pickled. On top of that, the v-K is in the rind only. You don't eat that much rind anyway.
