Make sure that when you eat your meals, that you are getting balanced, healthy meals with the food groups represented. Do not skip breakfast, doing this puts your body into a mode that it thinks you are starving and adjusts your motabolism so you will not lose weight.
Next, you can snack on things like an apple (add just a little peanut butter and you have a filling snack with protien), or rice cakes, or a handful (only) per day of almonds which are heart healthy and full of fiber. Carrots, celery, fennel, jicama, all are a nice combo and crunchy.
Don't drink sodas, studies found that it actually hold the fat in your body, is bad for digestion and creates bloat.

Have a nutritious shake. Like Boost or Zone or Ensure. They seriously curb your appetite and they are meal-replacements =)

eat a banana every couple of hours.
other than that, i would say eat as much as you want but avoid those foods that don't go through your system so well.
fast food is okay, for the most part. just..... don't overeat.
avoid donuts, beer, cake and cookies. (but have some now and then.... your tongue needs it to keep you happy.)
two good meals a day and a small lunch. fine.
also, if you're active, you usually forget about your hunger. sometimes one good, solid meal a day is enough in that case.

Drink a glass of water before your meal, and start with a salad first. Eat the salad slowly, and your brain will catch up with your intake better and let you know when you're full faster than if you just dig in.

Well half an hour before you eat a meal, eat a piece of fruit, like an apple or banana. This will trick your brain into thinking that you aren't that hungry.

I drink lots of Diet Cokes. The caffiene curbs your appetite.
Caffiene is the active ingredient in MOST diet pills.
It sure works for me.

Exercise. I always think twice about drinking a 180 calorie soda or eating a 200 calorie snack if I just busted my a** for thirty minutes to burn 200 calories.

One thing that most people forget is that when you don't get enough sleep...it feels like your body is telling you it is hungry! It is actually craving a good 8 hour sleeping session!!! Try a new habit of getting to bed a little earlier and get yourself rested and see the difference.

I just ignore it, it goes away. Or try a little jello or oatmeal. The jello is like 60 calories and oatmeal 100

eat lots of fruits and vegies, they are full of water and they don't count as calories. If your eating lots of protein make sure its chicken, turkey or fish because those are low fat meats. Even yogurt is good.
