Go to a lawyer and have him draw up papers stating you are giving up your parental rights you sign it and have it sent to her.

Draw up a Power of Attorney that specifies all the rights you are giving her and sign it in front of a Notary Public and send it to her. With that, she will have whatever rights you give her to act as if she were you.

Be very careful what you put in the PoA - it is a legally binding document.

I don't know the answer to your question but don't do something that your going to regret later down the line. Once you give all rights up you may never have a chance to regain them ever again!!!

just go to your divorce attorney and tell them that you would like to give all of your rights to the mother.

I would not recomended it .. but to each his own ..
if you see a laywer, I am sure that there are documents that they can draft for this.
