There are no bad customers...unsatisfied is the word you would use. ex. I once had an unsatisfied customer who had received below temp food, she came to me very upset and distraught. I followed my 4 step LAST theory. The steps are L. listen, I allowed her to tell me everything she felt she needed to. A. apologize, I apologized for her food being unacceptable. S. satisfy, I offered to replace her food and she accepted. T. thank, I thanked her for her patronage and invited her to return to our store.
