.. what have you enjoyed / hated about your single / married life?

Married and love everything about it! My husband is my constant companion, best friend and is a great provider, father, lover and handyman. When I was single I always felt so alone. Even if I was dating someone, I felt alone. I guess some of us are just born to be married. Some people love single life, but I for one do not. Interesting question!

Single,
I enjoy the fact that I can (and do) go up to any woman-friend I know and as her for a date.
The part I hate is being alone -- I wake up in the middle of the night (3 A.M.) and have this lonely aching feeling that I want someone there, anyone with two X-chromosomes. At times I cry myself to sleep because I so miserable and alone.

I am single and I love and hate it. I love that I have no one in my life that I am responsible for or to. I can do as I please. But I hate that I have that uncertainty as to who and when I will marry. I also hate that my friends are having kids and I am way behind. Most of all I hate dating guys who don’t know what they want and look at me as a treat because I know everything I want.

I am single. I have enjoyed the freedom that comes with being single. I can go, and come as I please. I have enjoyed being single a lot more than I ever enjoyed being married.

single, would like to get married, as i am muslim, our prophet recommended us to get married, as this will prevent sex b4 marriage and many other things.
i belive i was born to be a wife
rather then a gf,
so still single look for that right person

I am recently single. I would say I miss the sex, but we both agreed on "no sex to marriage deal" so cant miss something you never had..but I do miss the snuggling part!
