It probably isn't too normal. But that's ok! None of us are.

In order to move on, make a special effort to spend more time with your girlfriends (not guys, looking for a new bf will just have you mentally comparing your new guy to your ex) and try to pick up a new hobby or something! Find activities not centered on guys, avoid chick flicks and mushy music for a while, and concentrate on other areas of life.

You can do it! Good luck.

If you were in a caring honest relationship it will be normal to still care about the other person long after you break up. Seems to me though you mean you are still IN love with your Ex. This still sounds healthy provided you were involved with him for more then a few months. Time will help but moving on and doing things that you enjoy will help even more.
Best of luck.

Yes it is normal to still have feelings for him but you do have to move on.It will take a little while to totally get over him,but you can do it if you really want to.You can start by thinking of something other than him.Sounds easy ha,well it's not.The reason i say that is because when you think of something else you will find yourself thinking if him. That is normal but you will have to stop yourself and say,no more that's enough.Get with some friends and do think that will keep your mind occupied.Do the things you did before you met him.It will all work itself out,you just have to be patient. Now being patient does not mean do nothing,it just means do other thing don't sit back and think only of him.

It also depends on how long you were together. If you were with him for a long time then of course it will take you longer to get over them

Probably what you are not over with is the good memories that were shared, but a break up is for a reason and although you are not 100% over him and may never be, your life will go on and you will find love and comfort in someone else.

Keep yourself busy, this will help also.

Go out and meet people. I know it's not easy to get over when you really love a person but it would be easier for you to heal when you go out on dates...that's what I do when I get brokenhearted, find another love interest and be wise the next.

When you are ready, you will move on. You lost something you loved and for that you must greive. Its perfectly normal to feel that way

I think it's normal, and just try to go out and have some fun, get your mind off of him
