I am fairly gifted helping others take the knots out of their lives. I am fairly good at fixing things which are broken. I am a good listener. I love classical music. I love people. Pets. Birds. But what about the direction of my life? Is there any clairvoyant who can tune into me and make comment? Thank you ahead of time.

In Jeremiah it says "I know the plans I have for you. Plans to prosper you. To give you a hope and a future." God knows what's in store for you. You have gone through things in your life that may not make sense to you now, but when all is said and done, you will be able to look back with full realization of why those things happened.
God has already given you glimpses of your direction, but you do not understand them. And you won't unless you choose to follow Christ. Your identity is wrapped up in Him - whether you choose that or not... that's the way it is.
If you do not choose Christ (he has already chosen you), at the end of your life, you will find out that what you were living for was false.
You know what, God wants to make you whole. All you have to do is act on that. I don't know anything about your situation... but God does. He wants to make you whole. He wants to make you whole. Listen, He wants to make you whole.
Read John 5:1-9 if you want to be whole. Jesus is there waiting.

Gordy, you put this question under Religion etc. and then break the cardinal rules regarding a reading: you list all those things about yourself leaving little for the Answerer to add.
However, here goes: You are a nut case, a fanciful dreamer with an over active brain. Live in a large brick house in England - most of those are what we used to call Lunatic Asylum's. You seldom stick to the task at hand, your brain takes you all over the place. However, you are happy at what you do and anyone who loves music, people, pets and birds can't be bad. real things can happen you do not expect can. things which cannot be understood, amazing things. i could tell you anything and make it up, take a guess but i wont lie like others may. just take a shot at this:
ask Jesus into your life and be born again by the power of the Gospel (an actual real life event in your real life) if you do this in a prayer sincerely God will answer you!
