For married couples who are both doctors, you should do one of the following:

Drs. Sherri and Steven Smith
or
Dr. Sherri Davis and Dr. Steven Smith (if she still uses her maiden name)

I'm not real certain of the convention for that situation, but what might work is if you didn't use "Dr." before their names but instead used "M.D." afterwards (or Ph.D, Ed.D., or whatever doctorate they held). If the guy was Joe Jones, you could list him as "Joe Jones, M. D." His wife Sarah could be listed as "Sarah Jones, M.D." or as "Mrs. Joe Jones, M. D."
