I've never looked on line for wall paper borders, but if you are willing to look in your community....We have this great outlet store called Ollie's can find alot there, however, when I did my wall papering, I found great deals in paint stores in closeout items and also I have found great borders at your local dollar stores, such as dollar tree. Good luck!!

HD/Lowes, any decent paint and wallpaper store, general WW search using keywords in your browser.
You don't define inexpensive of the style you want.
