First of all, you should use the trademill if you have or walk around everyday; it's is summer time, you should take the advantage. Then you should take the REGULAR food, I have noticed that fat people try to eat less, therefore, they do not eat 3 TIMES A DAY, which is a regular diat to live healthy. Do not upset the timings of eating but yes, eat proper food like raw vegetables & fruits, and avoids carbohidrates and fats. When you try to eat once a day, you eat even more becuase your body wants more after a long fast. And the main thing, you have to accept the fact that you cannot lose weight unless you exercise and eat balanced diat ON REGULAR BASES....

Diet and exercise. Also try drinking a glass of water before eating as it makes you feel full before food. It's not so much the food we eat, but that also. It's more of what we don't do, like exercise. Also, don't rush exercising. Have yourself checked by your doctor and tell him or her that you want to exercise. Try walking first and make it a habit instead of watching TV or playing video game. Use your local park or trails. It's better if you are in a group. Keep at it and in time you will be running, living healthier and losing weight one pound at a time.

Suggestions: eat small 3oz portions of meat
bake, grill or broil your meat such as chicken, turkey, fish
eat 1/4 to 1/2 cup servings of frozen green or mixed vegetables
eat 1 cup of green leafy salads with low fat dressings
eat one serving of fresh fruits daily
drink 16oz of water with each meal/herb teas
Omit: all sodas, even diet drinks, sugar, and salt from your foods, pastas, pizza, potatoes, chips, all desserts, candy, cookies, cakes and pies
You should see improvement in a month, good luck
Exercise each morning and night before bedtime
Go for a walk around the block each evening after dinner
Do not eat after 5:30pm

discipline ur self.. eat healthy, balanced food.. do exercise 30 mins daily... or minimum 3 times a week.. walk to where ever u r going.. the adjacent place only yah? control ur eating habits..

start eating some fruit , and cut back on the sweets. Then try to jog a little bit around your neighborhood. that or speed walk.
