it is good if u are planning on a major remodeling. if u just want to do one or two rooms it is not for you. plus the membership is about $4000. and it will expire after 3 years.

You can't run from this outfit fast enough. These kinds of businesses are in the business of selling memberships. Most of them go out of business in a fairly short period of time. At that point, your "membership" is worthless. If you have merchandise ordered through them, and have paid for it up front (something they all like to do ... after all you are getting such a good deal!), and they go out of business, again you are left holding the bag. You might get a few pennies on the dollar back after bankruptcy proceedings stretch out a couple of years, then again you may get nothing.
Paying $35.00 for the right to buy at Sam's Club is one thing, paying several hundred for the right to buy at these places is quite another.

I know a doctor who thinks Direct Buy is the greatest thing ever. I have only been to her house once and she pointed out every item she ever bought from Direct Buy and trust me it was alot. Her house is 10,000 S.F. I didn't think we were ever going to get through the entire house. I was ready for a meal by the time we got to the second kitchen.
