I had the same problem when I was a bit heavier in the belly area. It sounds like you are pretty active though, not sure if it applies to you or not. When I lost a bit of the belly weight the back pain with walking stopped.

I have a couple of questions: Do you might have the right sneakers and are they in well situation? Do you stretch earlier than you stroll? Make definite you accomplish that you'll be able to get ready your legs for the exercise. A warmup is a well proposal as good. I could take no less than 5 mins to stretch my legs then stroll slowly for a couple of mins earlier than dashing up. I recall going for walks with a pal who used to be a going for walks warrior. She used to be in fine form. I attempted to hold up along with her, however my legs had been killing me. Make definite you're no longer over doing it both. You do not must be in a hurry. Start out doing what you'll be able to after which paintings your manner as much as a extra lively exercise. Drinking lots of water and consuming healthful will support out plenty too. Just make certain you get lots of relaxation afterwards. Most individuals fail to remember that facet. Keep up the well paintings!
