I like this girl, "Leah", and i have know her for about a year or so. so we know each other. we go to the movies a lot, but its always w/ some friends. i tried to go w/ it being just me and her but it didnt work w/ our schedules. i have trouble showing my true feelings around girls and i cant overcome that. she flirts w/ me so i dont know if she likes me or if she is just being nice or if she just is a natural flirt. i just need some advice on how to overcome my fears and just tell her that i wan to take our friendship to the next level.

It sounds like she might be as uncertain about where you stand as you are. And with good reason...you haven't given her any indication that you want a 1 on 1 relationship with her.
The next time she flirts with you, lean in for a kiss. If she puckers up, finish the kiss and you'll have your answer in the affirmative. If she ignores you and starts talking about what a wonderful friend you are...you've got your answer in the negative. Girls are uncertain about this kind of thing too, so that is why it is such a relief to be around a guy who will take action and fight for them. A little stolen kiss that catches you unexpectedly can be romantic and reassuring at the same time! Good luck!

Well, if you really like Leah, and feel comfortable talking to her and telling her how u feel, than go 4 it, otherwise ask 1 of ur guy friends 2 ask her 4 u.

Don't worry about it.The older you get the better you get at talking to girls.As long as you be yourself, meaning be nice an not a jerk.You sound like you too are pretty young.Stop trying so hard,do your own flirting and have fun.When you do maybe you will see what she is really about.Just be nice what ever you do.

Don't be afraid to speak your mind! She may be feeling the same way. If she says no, her loss. You seem like a great guy. We girls can be complicated and the best way to figure out what we are thinking is to ask us. Even if she rejects you, now you have a little more experience. Hope that helps!!!

ask her out just the two of u and tell her how u feel thats the only way u will know.. if u cant tell her face to face send her a card or sit down and write ur feelings in a letter.. go for it u have nothing to lose

See how she acts around other guys to see if she flirts with everyone or just you. If you're thinking she likes you, go ahead and just ask her out sometime. If you want to, you can make time.

think about what you want to say to her. Put it on paper and make sure it's what you want to say. Rehearse, like you would with any presentation until it sounds natural. When you grow some testicles bring it on and see where it goes. When you do you will have to think on your toes.
