What order does everything apear in and what is on the second tag especialy?

your name (Last, First MI)
your social security number
blood type
religious preference

that is the exact order

both tags are the exact same thing. you have 2 in case if you get killed they can take one to identify you and leave the other on you, or put one on your toe in a morgue. there is also an army values tag that soldiers are supposed to wear. it just says all the army values (Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless service, Honor, Integrity, Personal Courage) and some have the warrior ethos on the back of the values tag.

Both dog tags say the same thing in this order

Last Name
First Name, Middle Initial
Social Security Number
Blood Type
Religious Preference

A third tag is also worn on one side are the Army Values and the other side The Warrior Ethos.

Integrity

WARRIOR ETHOS

The order is as follows
Last name
First name / Middle initial
Social secerity Number
Blood Type
Religious Pref.

They have the service member's full name, social security number, blood type and religious preference. Both tags say the same thing. (There are two in case one gets lost somehow).

I hate dog tags! Whenever he puts them on I know he is going somewhere where he might need to be identified. The day he retires, I shall throw them out!

Both tags are identical. They have the name, service number, blood type, and optionally the religious affiliation of the wearer.
