My puppie....???

I have two coonhounds and they seem to be very smart but we have had them for two weeks now and they are able to come and go out when ever they feel but they INSIST on going in two rooms the kids play room and the front room where they sleep at night how can stop this? They have their food and their water put up at 8 pm sharp everynight and are taken out once an hour between then and midnight they will play out side and we praise them for going outside WHEN they do but i always wake up to poop everywhere ! And now my entire house smells gross ive tried vinigar and the pet powder just seemed to mask the smell for a while is there anything else i can do to rid my house of this nasty smell?
