Well since your too young to smoke draw (kidding! I'm not condoning that sort of thing, swear down) just "step back", take a deep breath and remind yourself that there are re-sits etc and no-one will die if you wrote "I am Spider-man" in answer to every question and you'll find you instantly feel better.

Don't forget that everyone always does better that they expected so you'll be fine and even if you did badly it doesn't really matter.

It sounds daft but counting to 10 can actually help as it gives you time to calm down.

When you are working at home go and make a cuppa when you get overwrought, this will help no end.

GOOD LUCK (you won't need it I'm sure!)

Of course you are feeling stressed... Try taking a bit of time out from studying as too much can be more stressful than you think. Also make sure you have plenty of fluid intake, dehydration is not good. For a simple natural relaxant try rescue remedy, just a couple of drops every now and then, it is not dangerous or any type of drug (even babies can have it) You can pick it up in any herbal store. But the most part is to just have an optimistic attitude and try not to worry.

I wish you much luck in your exams. x

SATs are all about testing the teachers. Have they taught you what you need to reach a certain level etc? Teachers love them in a way because they don't have to mark the Year 9 summer exam! Unless your school operates a system where you are denied access to your options if you fail to get a level 6, your results should mean nothing to you. It's the teachers who should be worried. Just concentrate on GCSE work next year, and try to enjoy it...! Good luck, and don't be scared!

Herbal tablets called Kalms are quite good, take a week or so to kick in, but really help with nerves and tension.

please talk to your parents and please please please do not solicit answers from strangers on this or any other site, there are a lot of nasty people in this world and on the web. if you cant talk to your parents how about a school counsellor or teacher.
