The Holy Spirit come in you when you believe that Christ died for your sins. Then the Holy Spirit seals you and you become the temple of God. Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 1 Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

GOD doesnt dwell in sin. GOD is not in people. He sends the holy spirit to dwell in you if you ask. all u have to do is ask for the holy spirit and u will get it,(of course after u have been saved and sanctified).GOD is with us,near us,for us,beside us,etc...You can feel the holy spirit which is a wonderful feeling you cant get from anything else on earth.

the thing that makes you understand what the thing called GOD is , is inside you but must be sought. it will not jump up and hit you in the face. you have to look within and seek it. seek and you shall find. but there is nobody to "ASK" as God is not an entity. God is a force or power. You can discover this force or power within but you have to WANT to first. everyone has it but it has different names and cannot be described, only experieneced.

God is all around you. He says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock". He's not gonna kick the door to your heart in. You have to invite him. God is in me cuz I want Him there.

John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give you.........He is in me, for, He chose me, and He says that I may ask his Father, in His name, anything which produces good fruit.

I guess that will depend on the person's religion. I believe that until you ask God into your heart, he is not there. He does love everyone even if they don't love him or believe in him, but he is not 'in' them until they ask.

No, God is not in you. He may be in others, but not you. You have nothing to worry about, except the end.

Maybe it's both...they don't necessarily have to be mutually exclusive options. It's whatever rings true to you in your heart. Don't take anybody else's word at face value.
