There are many entrees that taste better the next day, some are hot and others are cold.
Hot: spaghetti, beef stew
Cold: chicken, turkey, ham
Why? Because the ingredients have time to blend more and thus the tastier the entree becomes...........enjoy!

Food usually taste better because overnoght all the spices&juices marinate.Use this info to marinate meat &poultry, but, make sure it is refridgerated!Do not marinate at room temp. for fear of spoilage. Thank you! Bonnie

It was raw the day before, before you cooked it. Now the correct term is not raw, but chilled, so it tastes good!

it's been done, but it's not good (to eat cold chicken). bacteria breads on chicken quickly. you should reheat chicken to a temperature that's higher then when it was first cooked to kill the bacteria. you don't wanna get sick do you?
