When I was in school, it happened all the time. I'm sure it's a liability issue now.

No I don't think so. It's too close. Unless the teacher is bringing home like a friend of the family or something. There was this teacher at my school. He was only like 27 and he gave this one girl a ride home often. She claimed he had raped her (but later said that he didn't, he just tried to kiss her) and he lost his job over it and now has some bad stuff on his record. It's definetly not worth it.

It's a liability issue more than anything.

If the teacher was to have an accident and the kid was hurt, the school would be at fault, and have to pay. Possibly be sued.

Parents should be responsible enough to pick up their kids from school, or at least have a babysitter do it. Parents are already too lazy, schools don't need to help them be lazier.

i dont think they should becuase the way the city is now u never kno if they could ra.pe ur kid or take it hostsge and u will neva kno becuase skool is supposed 2 b safe 4 kidz but then when u come 2 kno ur in total shock so i think no that teaches shouldnt give students ride home

when i was in kindergarten my teacher gave me a ride home. but it should depend how old you are if you get a ride from a teacher.
