no - pure water - ultra pure water - has no taste. The only thing that gives water its taste are the impurities in it (minerals, etc.)

Nomal water should taste wet, Unless of course it is dehydreted water, which will regain the wet flavour if it is rehydrated. Freeze dried water is not an advantage in spite of the higher cost, and neither are the various "minit" rehydrating waters, none of these are as good as"fresh" water, but are useful because of the much longer shelf life, also packpackers find the dehydrated waters, especialy the freeze dried, much lighter to carry.

sometimes yes, i think it depends if there are any additives like flouride or minerals or just plain yucky tap water, lol
but seriously, even some of the bottled waters i will not drink because i have tasted them and they have a "taste" that i do not like for some odd reason

Typically its taste has more to do with odor than anything else. You can notice it more when the water is warm. Tap water can have a strong chlorine smell when warm. Good filtered water usually has minimal taste.

Not much of a taste, unless something is wrong with it. But in some cities the water is so undrinkable , that I have to squeeze some lemon juice into it, to drink it.

it does if it has chlorine/fluoride in it. but i think if you filtered everything out of tap water, then the taste that water would have would be cool, refreshing and clean, if you can describe a taste with those words!

def. the tast itself depends on the water source - different wells even have different mineral content and that gives them different tastes and often some smell

It's refreshing if you buy it bottled. I don't like tap water.
