Right, there is this really cute racing pigeon I sspent half my day with, (I know, I'm sad.) And, he's stuck on my nextdoor neighbours roof. I don't know who belongs to. Who shall I call?

Awww poor pigeon. Are you sure its stuck? Call the RSPCA on 0870 55 55 999 if you are in the UK that is. If you live elsewhere well i'm afraid you need to search for the number.
The RSPCA recently came out to my place of work when I called about a trapped bird, they were brilliant. A lady inspector called within 30 mins!

It might be exhausted. put some seed or corn meal on the roof and a dish of water. It may just need a little water and food to bring it around.

if it is a racing pigeon it should have a ring on its leg, phone the racing society
