I've heard that happiness is being in the situation of doing a thing you really enjoy whilst looking forward to doing another thing you really enjoy. So for me, having a bounce on a trampoline whilst looking forward to eating a creme egg would make me happy.
For you, it would be different. Maybe having a foot massage while looking forward to watching your favourite TV show might do it.

when i'm feeling down, i think of silly things that make me smile.
stupid things like one of my friends (he's a bit older than me) showed me his passport photo. he had one of those 90's big double quiff hair dos. it makes me smile and sometimes even giggle a bit just thinking about it.
also i think of rude jokes and other rude things as that also helps me!
