To me when I have to rely on a song like that for a girl that I like it would mean she makes m lost for words and that its the most fitting song I can find for her representing us at the time. To me it says he wants to spend the rest of his life with you and that your the only one for his in his eyes.

Just because a guy sings a song to you doesn't really have to mean anything, but it really depends where hes coming from and the statis that you both currently are in. Maybe perhaps hes just experessing his feelings to you in a song. or maybe hes tring to tell you something. the song is a good song and it has alot of meaning in it. you should be happy, but not like freaking out or anything. but going back to your question, the only person that would know what it means is the person himself, so just talk to him it shouldnt be anything serious...
