any hints or advice to get rid i have adware and spybot but they cant get rid

Adaware nor spybot can detect or clean a virus or trojan. They are for spyware only. You need an updated anti-virus.
If you know the name of the virus, you can type that name into the search bar and may come up with results to aid in removing it.
DO NOT send e-mail until your puter is 'clean'.

It will automatically detect any viruses or trojans on ur pc and all u need to do is click "Next" to remove those harmful threats. For future security, please visit www.microsoft.com and download Windows Defender as its the best antispyware software available free. Also go to www.grisoft.com and download free AVG antivirus software. Keep Lavasoft adaware on ur system and ur safe. avast it blocks them your computer will be 100 percnet virus free and plus its free go to www.avast.com

install "Avast" it is a antivirus software and the home version is FREE......
