Funny, we americans are talking about a savory and the rest are talking about COOKIES. So I'll answer the intended question,

To my fellow Americans: the biscuits our English friend is asking about are cookies. Duh.

Having said that, my favorite is oatmeal raisin.

That's easy. A plain oatmeal biscuit, topped with a layer of whipped cream, another layer of peanut butter, another layer of apricot jam, a final layer of sprinkled castor sugar, and finally....Drum roll please.....half a large strawberry. Mindblowing!

They flaky kind with honey butter and a thin fried pork chop on it. Maybe with a little mayonnaise. It's very very good.
