There are two theories for the worlds beginning:

Big Bang theory

Creation Theory

Creation tells us that God created the world in 6 days and rested on the 7th. Well this theory has not been proved or disproved and remains the beleif of many across the globe.
But they must remeber that the Bible was not faxed to Earth from heaven it is the creation of man.

Big Bang theory tells us that an explosion beyond anything ever imagined or seen happened and created matter and the universe. This theory has again not been proved or disproved. We should remeber that there is nothing to prove this theory either.

In the beginning God created light and light would have been created from an explosion especially one that created the universe. So maybe the two are linked, maybe there is a force greater than us but far more greater than anything in our understanding and this force is omnipotent and omniscent but has no interest in humanity at all.

No-one can show God if he exists because he exists in the belief of the people who believe in him. Evolution is a theory that has been proved more than either Big Bang or Creation but we would have had to exist from somewhere a spark of life in the myriad eons ago must have started what we're talking about. So that spark could have happened for scientific or religious reasons.

We can tell and shouldn't really worry about it. Life is a journey and death is its end. We should worry about the things we can understand and control than the things we can't. However curiosity is part of human nature and it won't ever be silenced.

Life is here for living so do it.

Yeah man, I'm an atheist too, but this sort of getting dull. For a Christian, physical proof that god exists is just the world around them- even if evolution is true, they'd just say that that was god at work. Atheists are happy to trust in science as it happens unmediated by any divine influence (at least, I presume to speak for other atheists, I think that's what we're on about.) All the same, have some tolerence. Like the man says, if you have to demand proof so loudly, maybe you secretly want it shown to you?

Just keep cool, don't piss anyone off, don't get pissed off... that's the way to do it!

It is not impossible to prove a negative. Although I am personally an atheist many people have no proof in God, yet still believe in him. This is called faith. No one can prove it to you, you just have to except that other may believe in him and posting questions like this may cause offence.
We have no certain proof the world is because of evolution, people say it must be God. However, my point is that something must have created God, and if he was "just there", then why can't the world be "just there".
People respect your opinions, but respect theirs too. If they believe in God respect that, ask questions but don't offend people!
They do not have anything to prove, just like we both cannot prove he does not exist.

Any physical evidence that i would give, you would find a way to explain it some other way. and that's not a bash or anything its just the way it is. It's more of a spiritual/emotional thing and coming from experience, I can say that you will probably never believe until your concrete, real, physical world is rocked by the spiritual world. I grew up in a christian home and went through all the motions, not really believing it all because I have a very scientific mind..like you, unless i could see, touch, taste, hear, smell it i wouldn't believe it existed. until one day that sprirtual world decided to reveal itself to me. it was a very scary day, I had never experienced that world and no matter what anyone will say to me now, because of my experience, I know that what I have been taught is true. but, like I said before, nothing I could say will encourage you to follow God. you are a person who would need to experience it first hand.

There is no physical PROOF of God, neither is there any physical PROOF to deny the existence of God. The believers see through the eyes of faith. That is a hard concept for non believers to accept, but on the other hand, to deny the existence of God is a hard concept for believers to accept because of their faith. This is a no win situation for both sides regarding PROOF.
Jesus said in the Bible, if you have seen me, you have seen the Father. This doesn't help us modern day people because not one of us were around during Jesus time on earth.

Physical proof: God knew that someone like you would ask that question one day so what he did is had Jesus to say these two statements that would be written forever in a physical book: 1.) Jesus said, "I do not say anything unless the Father(God) said it, or do anything unless the Father said to do it"; 2.) A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas.

So you ask what that sign is? Stick around on this Earth and continue to ask for that sign, it will be given to you.

You would not believe it if he knocked on your door right now, no matter how much people say about their God, you would find an excuse to say it was false. Don't think of God as a person, think of him everywhere, in the air, the earth, in us, even way beyond in space, God is not a person, but if you have read the bible think of Jesus they didn't believe him when he said he was the son of God, so what makes you any different, as i said you would deny any and all physical proof given to you.

Have a nice day

Show me proof of evolution and I'll show you proof of God. We are both looking at the same facts. You believe the matter for the universe was "always there"...I believe the eternal God created matter. You believe that we were inexplicably "created" via mutation...I believe that we were created by God. In the end, we both are placing our faith in something we cannot physically prove.

You are the physical proof of His existence. Take time to explore and meditate on the complex and impeccable systems governing your body. The way your body functions is a miracle telling of a Great Force in control.

can't show you it's existance if it doesn't bother to show anyone...could it be that IT does not exist???? hmmmmm
on that note, doesn't evolution have flaws, too? I haven't heard of ANYTHING that's fool-proof yet...
it does seem that there are a ton of polytheistic religions who's gods/goddesses share common traits based on what can be seen/felt/heard, but only a few monotheistic based ones that's basis seems to be explaining the unexplainable
