Yes to your question and back in the mid 80s all distributors of soap on a rope sent their products to correctional facilities throughout the U.S. so that the prisoners wouldn't have to bend over if they dropped the soap in the shower.....

it was discontinued.... I be live "soap on a rope" is TM & "pope on the rope" would be too close
