my brother is getting on my nerves!!! he keeps bugging me about the guys i talk to, hes so over-protective!!!

I'm a big brother myself, and having this experiance with my sis I know what you mean. Chances are, your brother is either very proud of you, or believes you deserve the very best...instead of harping on him about the guys your talking to, think about why he's on your case - you may think this guy is a 10, but your brother may be seeing something very different. When all is said and done, you are family to one another, and that's everything.

You know that a lot of brothers are over protective and if he doesn't see you talking with one of the guys he doesn't know and you don't tell him about then you can always be with that guy but other wise you should tell your brother to back off because you are running your own life and unless you make the wrong decisions there is no reason for your brother to but in!!!

tell him to chill for real! I am in the same situation myself....but the thing is i have 2 older brothers....and an over-protective cousin/brother. And that crazy dad..... when i was 17 ...took many nights and days to go on dates....So..sorry to ramble on about me...but i think you need to tell your brother to chill out..if you're dating you are probably more responsible...and pretty much almost a mature adult.....tell your brother thanks for caring...but it's time for me to venture out...and if you need help on the way you'll be sure to come to him....heck he's brother....he'll like that you are including him...in something! But take of yourself...and be safe.

I think maybe he is seeing something you might not be able to see being that he is a guy and all. Take the time to listen to what he has to say if he is not being a prick about it. Maybe he is just really trying to look out for you.
On the other hand if he is just being your typical aggravating brother than just ignore him and let him see his aggravation is having no affect on you. Then he will leave you alone.

Tell your charming brother to bug off. It is none of his business who you talk to. Say it in a very nice way. You don't censor who he talks to, so tell him if you need his help, you will ask. Good luck.

It sounds to me that he's your older brother. You should try talking to him. Tell him that its your decision. If he keeps bothering you, bug him about the girls he talks to. :)

lol, my brother is the complete opposite. his game systems r his best friends. u could tell ur brother to get his own boyfriend and leave u and urs alone :D

I know it's annoying, but take it with a grain of salt that people who love you and think well of you only want to see you hang out with people who reflect the good qualitities they see in you.
