The recipe for my grandma's apple salad does not come with exact measurements but, you can adjust to taste

2 red apples, cored and diced ( bite sized)
a good handful of red seedless grapes, halved
one stalk of celery chopped
a good handfull of mini marshmallows
toss in a medium size bowl

dressing:
in a small bowl mix
1/2 cup of miracal whip salad dressing
2 heapping tbls chunky peanut butter
enough milk to thin it down to dressing consistency not to runny
just add a little bit at a time
pour over the fruit and mix
chill until ready to serve

cashew apple salad
Salad Ingredients
6c unpeeled, chopped apples
1c vanilla yogurt
1c cashews

Dressing
1 egg, slightly beaten
1T flour
2T apple cider vinegar
1/2c sugar
8oz can crushed pineapple with juice

Wisk flour into egg. Stir in vinegar, sugar and pineapple. Heat until thick. Chill. When ready to serve, combine dressing with salad

2 red apples

One large or two small stalks of celery
2/3 cup of finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise

Core and dice(bite size) apples. Take a big handful of grapes and halve each one. Finely chop celery. Finely chop walnuts.Toss everything in a medium size bowl. Mix in mayonnaise then chill until ready to serve.
