she recently dumped me about a month ago and i haven't made any attempts to contact her, (she contacted me by email last week)but i'm starting to feel like i need to call her and just hear her voice again.

Is there any chance of bringing the relationship back to life? If so, is it worth resuscitating? If it is, go ahead and contact her. If not... move on with your life.

cause it aint gonna work out again. Once bitten twice shy tell yourself that. She's not the last woman on earth there's always more that will come by at the right time. Why not use that urge to go find another gal then?

Don't call her. Trust me when I say it will only make things feel worse. I would delete her email from your address book, erase her number from your cell and never respond to her. It makes it much easier to get over someone when you are not hearing from them all the time. Plus you won't be tempted to call her because you won't be able to. An added bonus is that it will annoy her that you won't respond to her at all.
