the brown abit round looking spots are all over ander my feet and they are quite big

It's hard to say... my guess is that it could be a kind of fungus... I realised one day that I had a lot of brown patches on my back, and the doctor told me they were a kind of fungus. In the end they got itchy, but at the start they were just these brown spots... I can't remember the name of the shampoo he gave me, but it was basically anti-dandruff shampoo- apparently, the anti-dandruff element works on fungus as well. I just applied it like a cream for ten minutes to the affected skin before I went in the shower, and it's cleared up pretty well.
Of course, that's just my experience- these spots of yours could be anything- to the doctor with you!

depends on your age and how dark they are and if they are continually changing. Could be nothing, but I'd have a dermo look at it ASAP. Never want to blow off possibility of skin cancer.

It could be fungal or a parasite but just check you havn't stepped in a dog turd first

if your older, they might be liver spots.
