Does anyone have a recipe for potato salad that cotains cottage cheese and dill in the dressing?

The recipe calles for processing the cottage cheese until smooth to make the base of the dressing. I think this might be a Jeff Smith (Frugal Gourmet) recipe from about 15 years ago.

make tater salad with any recipes with taters an yur fav veggies like onions celery an sweet peppers but instead of mayo use this
1 lb cottage cheese
1 t seasoned salt
black pepper to taste
garlic powder
splash liquid smoke; buy this by the bbque at store
put all this in blender or food processor blend til smooth an creamy add milk 1 t at a time if to thick u can also add dried dill or some dill relish to this...this is good on mac salad too
