True love is an emotional feeling shared by personal touch. On line is just talk and should be seen as talk. You can make friends and make a strong relationship and even care for someone and that is a kind of love. but I do not think a true love can ever be fully built online.

No it's not possible. You think you love who you think he is. He may not be anything like he is online. If you are in love it's with your own imagination because 99% of him exists only in your imagination. Young girls are victimized by old men like me on the Internet all the time. He could be a pervert
Didn't you hear about the 16 year old girl who ran away to Jordan to be with an Arab she met online? It was just last week. The FBI saved her. The guy was a convicted sex offender but his government said it wasn't illegal to lie online.

If you're the one who's falling in love with someone online. Go ask her out. Actually get to SEE each other. Then, you'll see if you're actually a match for her. Right now, you're probably not LOVING her, you're just more curious about her than before, when you first chatted with her.

Anything is possible, i suppose. But....keep in mind, alot of people don't tell the whole truth about themselves on-line. Meeting in person may be a disappointment. Some misrepresent themselves. Trust me on that one. Happened to me.

You may THINK you love this person that you've met online.
You may also think that you KNOW this person.
With that said, my opinion would be, NO. One needs to actually know someone before one can love that someone.
