You seem to be very specific... why are you asking about a police officer specifically?
Though unless you can say something else in addition, I'd say no, don't feed them something that they don't like... it's simply common courtesy, and you never know what police officer might pull on you ;-)
Seriously though, unless they ask for it, why would you even bother serving them somehting they hate?

If someone is eating in my house, they'll eat what I cooked for them or they will fend for themselves. Anyway, is the police officer a guest? If so, I would make what he/she liked. I try to please my guests. If the police officer was my son or daughter, they'd just have to live with it.

If someone does not care for certain food and has asked for it not to be served with their dinner, no you shouldn't serve it to them. (Not only is it not complying with a guest's/customer's wishes which is disrespectful, it is a waste of food if he/she isn't going to eat it!)
