Before you roll out of bed in the morning, count your blessings, and tell yourself your are going to have a good day. Give gratitude in all things. Rejoice in your health. Volunteer for a good cause. Do at least one thing, anonymously every day that makes someone else happy. Practice a hobby you love. Love what you do. Meditate. Pray. Watch some good comedys. Read some upbeat or self help books. Take a class. Take a walk. Take it easy.
