Th next number is 18. It is going up by the first prime number, down by the second prime number, up by the third prime number, down by the fourth, up by the fifth, and down by the sixth. So the last number is up by the seventh prime number.

I think it is 20. You add 2, 4, and 6 to the numbers and that is how I got 20.
