Thanks, to those that helped with the roast meat question. Now, I want crispy spuds, any ideas?

take a pkg of dry ranch salad dressin put in zip bag take taters wash ,scrub an cut into bite size pieces....spray taters with cookin spray add to bag with ranch in it..... shake to coat well put iin single layer on cookie sheet cook til fork tender in 400 oven yummy

Try Broasted Potatoes.
Boil potatoes Until they are partially cooked. Cool them (use ice water with ice cubes for quicker cooling). Remove from water and pat them dry.
Cut slices about 1/4 inch thick and spead them out on a greased baking sheet, pour alittle oil over them and broast them with the top flame in the oven until they are slightly brown and then turn them over and do the same. Salt & pepper to taste after removing from over while oil is still hot.
If you want crispier potatoes slice them thinner.
An excellent change of pace for any Dinner

cut potatoes in bite size pcs. rinse pat a little dry throw in a bag mixed with your favorite herbs and a couple tlb of flour put on a greased roasting pan spritz well with oil (flavored is better) roast in a 400-450 oven turn but allow to brown on the bottom first turn can do it on the grill too but let them steam in foil packets till just fork tender and then open the packet to allow to dry and brown up they are my fav

Roll the potatos in flour after you have part boiled them then place them in the oven. Will make them very crispy.

First put quarter cup oil in a large bowl.To this add quarter tea spoon salt,same of mixed herbs and garlic(fresh)some cracked pepper.Peel pots,cut into small quarters put them all in bowl and toss.put them in baking dish and put into pre heated oven(200) after 10mins turn down to 180.will be very crisp on outer and mushy inside.
