If you are going to put your money into a wild animal, then I am sorry, but you are a fool. The only thing you can count on out of a wild cat, such as a lynx or bobcat, or a puma if you are so inclined is medical bills for YOU. They will bite you and scratch you and you can get seriously injured from an attack of one of these animals. It takes less than two seconds for a cat like this to turn part of you into ground chuck. A puma or mountain lion will KILL you. Don't get a wild animal as a pet, you won't be doing it any favors. Wild animals are afraid of people! Period.

As for feral cats that would have been of the domestic kind. you already have your answer on that. Be prepared to take on extensive costs for this cat and alot of time and care in taming it. If you want to rescue cats, go to your local animal shelter and rescue away. Don't put yourself into a position that could injure, kill, or bankrupt you. Good luck.

Aren't purchasing wild cats illegal, if you mean wild, as in jungle cats, etc. Otherwise, you may be referring to feral cats. I suggest you contact a local organization like "Homeless cat coalition" (in my area, that's what its called) They have these organizations all over the place. They trap (humanely) and spay/neuter give vaccinations for a year, then either return them to being homeless again, but healthier and hopefully someone will continue to feed them. They hope someone like you will adopt them. I've done this many times, and they make the best pets, like they know you've rescued them. Even the most aggressive, wild ones become sweet lapcats all the time.

Wild cats? I think their are some leopards over at the PetCo on Route 23. Or were you looking for strays? Check your local pet store for "cat adoption days" or visit the SPCA if they have an adoption center nearby.

Buick used to make a car called the Wild Cat so I would say a Buick dealer. I don't think they are made any more so I would look at used car lots. Good luck!

you can't buy feral (wild) cats. Just go to the nearest farm & check around the barn. or call the humane society, they usually have some that were found abandoned. Just remember they have never been to a vet & could have numerous health problems and/or diseases. Be careful!

I'm sure someone on the internet will be selling them, but why would you want one? They are wild animals and make horrible pets, assuming that's why you asked.
