I would be curious to know what sorts of experiendes you have with online dating. I have tried it (even though it's really not a characteristic of mine), since I'm shy, but over a period of two months I didn't experience anything in particular (nothing to be more precise). What sorts of experiences do you have concerning online dating? Did it work for you? Would you ever meet someone online?

Honestly, I think online dating is fake at it's fakest. You can paint a pretty good picture of who you really are NOT online. The worst thing about online dating is the difference between your expectations and reality. There is a whole world out there away from this thing called the internet. People are real in the real world only.

its a totally effective way of getting to know someone and hopefully have a chance in a full-blown relationship, I met my gf in webdatedotcom and we've been together for a few months. You can also try other sites out there, its not really advisable if you want to get a good catch but if you don't have enough time to find that future partner, go for online dating.

I have and I did. Im a product of online dating, and am now married to him. I made it a point that if I ever met a guy from online in person, he would have to meet my friends. Was a safety issue really!

I have never online dated, and I have huge reservations about it. I realize it may work for some people, but all I will say is if you are going to do it, please be careful, and if you're going to meet someone, have a friend join you.

sometimes it works to others sometimes not...On line Dating is a great help to those people who got no time to look for their will be partners in life and those that have a inferiority complex outside real world...yup i tried and still going strong its depends on how both of you will handle it...patience,communication and trust must be considered.

I met my boyfriend on line and he is relocating to Canada to be with me. It can work out if you have the determination, patience and maturity to handle it.

its kinda scary...you dont know who youre really chatting with...id rather date the conventional way...meet someone from work,church,parties etc...
