"Come in," God said, "so, you would like to interview me?"
"If you have time," I said.
God smiled, "my time is eternity. That's enough time to do everything. What questions do you have in mind?"
"What surprises you most about mankind?"
"Many things." God said....
"That they get bored of being children, are in a rush to grow up, and then long to be children again.
That they lose their health to make $, and then lose their $ to restore health.
That by thinking anxiously about the future, they forget the present, and live neither for the present nor for the future.
That they live as if they will never die, and die as if they had never lived."
God took my hand in His. We were silent for a while. Then I ask, "As a parent, what are some of life's lessons you want your children to learn?"
God replied with a smile.
"To learn that they cannot *make* anyone love them. They can only *let* themselves be loved."
"To learn that what is most valuable is not *what* they have in their lives, but *who* they have in their lives."
"To learn that it is not good to compare themselves with others. All will be judged individually on their own merits, not as a group on a comparison basis."
"To learn that a rich person is not the one who has the most, but is the one who needs the least."
"To learn that it takes only a few seconds to open profound wounds in persons they love, and many years to heal them."
"To learn to forgive by practicing forgiveness."
"To learn that there are persons who love them dearly, but simply do not know how to express or show their feelings."
"To learn that $ can buy everything, but happiness."
"To understand that two people can look at the same thing and see totally differently."
"To appreciate that a true friend is someone who knows everything about them, and likes them anyway."
"To learn that it is not always enough that they be forgiven by others, but that they have to forgive themselves."
A conversation with God. A God that seems non-judgemental.

You can not speak to God. God may speak to you. A few chosen people have been spoken to, these are called prophets. The final prophet was Muhammad who God spoke to around 650AD. He was the last, no one will receive any further communication from Him. There have been several other prophets: Moses, Abraham, Noah, Jacob, Jesus, and Adam to name but a few.

Yes, I have spoken to God many times. He has not answered in a way I understand, but I still talk to Him.
No, I never had a conversation with, or saw God, but I do believe in Him.

not trying to be a smarty, but i speak to God eveynight. and as far as Him speaking to me....you really have to listen....you hear Him everywhere.....i call it The Grass Harp....you hear Him in a child's question...you get answers to your prayers in the strangest places.....in line at the grocery, a line in th book you are reading, a friends comment, a butterfly on your shoulder......intuition is God talking back.....your conscience....just take the time to listen and comprehend......
"the light shineth in the darkness and the darkness comprehended it not."
try a book by Florence Scovel Shinn....she breaks it all down and leaves no room for questions about God communicating.......hope this helps.

Yup!
It's already happening, and it doesn't take belief either. God is Love, Life, The Universal Mind, Allah...It's you, and me, and the grass, and the air, and my Dog. In fact, sometimes, I just prefer to pray to my Dog, because she loves me, and I know she'll listen!
Guidance (listening) shows up all forms. It's as subtle as intuition, or even as "mundane" as a rock, or as obviously synchronistic as magical coincidences. Open yourself to Possibilities
When I talk to god, Everything listens!
..And when god talks to me, Everything in my Being listens!
Love & Light!

You are of God.
You cannot deny your energy.
All Religion is smoke and mirrors.
Remember this and find your own God within yourself.
You'll not regret it.

our prayers are our speach with GOD. his reply is surrounding us with his care, the happiness we feel, the love that touches our hearts, the stability of our minds, the kids he has given us,the warmth of the families that surrounds us,more n more if we just look around us,we will hear n feel the reply of GOD.
