Most important is control your actions so you do not hurt anyone. Being angry is not illegal. If you kill someone due to anger then that is the most serious crime and you can spend your life in jail if you don't live in Texas. In Texas they will kill you for it.
You can fight the anger but it doesn't work. There is no trick. The important thing is what you are doing when you are not angry. If you are miserable all the time then you should get angry since that is no way to live. When you are angry just be aware that since you can observe the anger, it is not you. idea 1 :
just hold the 2 hands together and start raising each fingers one by one in order.by doing so atleast for 2 times successively one will become cool !
idea 2:
close teh eyes and start counting from 100 to 1 without error.
idea 3:
stop talking or stop listening or stage a WALK OUT patiently.

Breathe deeply, consciously make an effort to relax. take a walk around the block, a fast one! scream into a pillow for as long as you like. listen to your favorite music. Think of how others see you when you are angry, I know I look pretty funny when I am!

Relax, breathe slowly and a lot and touch something made of metal, like a tap or so. It will make the electric particles of your body go, since there is lots of them when you are angry, seriously.

Aside from the obvious counting to ten, you could bite your tongue -- not so hard that it bleeds, but hard enough to hurt. It will stop you from screaming at people, and it will give you an outlet for your rage.
