I've never had anything happen and I have thick absorbent hair. I tried many times to wash out the perm my mom made me get when I was a little girl!

it will relax your curl. it takes at least 48 hours for the cuticle (outside of hair) to close back down after a perm. make sure to use a shampoo and conditioner formulated for permed hair to ensure that the curl will last.

It will most likely ruin your perm. It may come totally out or you might have some straight hair and some curly.

My guess is that it relaxes the perm, so it doesn't last as long as it normally would.

the chemicals from the perm become weak, and the curls fall out.

your perm wont "stick".when your hair dries it wont be as tight curled. it may not be curly at all...it depends on your hair type

It can come undone. It will be still a lil bit curly, but not what you payed for.
