The reason that I don't remember anything before I was born,

Is because I didn't Exist!

I will be aware of and remember things after I die because I Exist now and into forever!

It is said tht people can remember for some time or a long time but they must learn to talk soon to be able to express the memories. Some children can talk soon & so tell their memories of past lives but others forget before they talk. Those who remember for a long time till they talk did say things of their past lives and they were found to be true. Some die & are born soon after and so their stories can be more easily verified but, others are born much later maybe even a few hundred years & so their stories cannot easily be verified as the evidence may not exist or is difficult to get since much time has passed.

That's no argument at all. No Christian that I know of ever claimed existence before conception. At that point a new soul is created- there was nothing to remember before that because I didn't exist before then. Nobody does.

No, but on the other hand, I don't remember anything from when I was one or two, either. Maybe my life just skipped those years?

If a spirit existed independent of the body (brain) it would not be possible to sedate people and we would never "sleep."

Odd how our "spirit" has no independence of its own.
