Funny is great. You can have a great time with someone that is intelligent and funny. So if I had to choose I prefer intelligence and sense of humour.

I say intelligent even he don't have the looks at least he has a brain he could be a funny man if he's smart and he could think he is good looking cos he got brain too.You could do anything and think anything if your intelligent.but not too much cos you be sounded as arrogant and proud...

Mix of all would be nice!!! Basiaclly the perfect guy would have nice eyes/ teeth and have a GOOD (emphasis on good) sense of humour!
But if I had to choose one feature it would be intelligent...looks fade, and sometimes you need a person next to you...not a clown....

If i can get both....that would be great but, if i have to choose it would have to be intelligent and funny. all those things can last forever. Good looks fade away....and then what do you have.....nothing.

if they all come together then definitely the man of every woman's dreams.. but if i have to choose one or the other...i'd say intelligence and humour....looks fade away after awhile, but intellegence and humour only get better
