Yes, in fact you are basically my distant brother. Since Adam and Eve were married and had children, we all trace back to them.

Well, I don't know about Adam and Eve, but I was thinking of the fact that we are all children of Mother Nature and Father Time.

Genetically, of course we are. We all belong to the same species: homo sapiens sapiens. Follow the mitochondrial DNA trail back through time and eventually you end up with a single female who possessed it and passed it to all her offspring. Her sons carried it but did not pass it on. Her daughters did that. You can think of that first female with OUR mitochondrial DNA as Eve, but it's her SON who was Adam. And I seriously doubt that they cared about DNA or gods or why the sky is blue. They were too busy finding food and dodging predators.

Everything in the universe is related.

Everything is made of the same "stuff." So, we are just as related to rocks, trees, water, (everything) as we are to anything else.

Not only are you related to Brad Pitt, you are related to your house, family pets, your yard, everything.

Yes. All you have to do is go back to Noah's ark and his three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japeth. We are more closely related than most people realize.

Even if you don't believe in God, DNA being 90%+ the same in all humans is strong evidence to suggest the answer is yes.

yes, and you dont even have to go that far back, as Noah's family was the only ones on the ark. the world was flooded and everthing perished. and the world was repopulated after that.

Yes, we are related. We can find a common ancestor as recently as Noah. Think about it, it was him, his three sons, and their wives.
